Organisation of the March 2010 Perth Conference is well underway.

For the committee to provide a top class and affordable conference, it is essential that we generate an amount of sponsorship.

This benefits every delegate, and allows us to keep registration fees at a fraction of the cost of normal business conferences.

The conference committee requests that you pass on the contents of this e-mail to your members, at your next club meeting, by e-mail and through your bulletins.

Sponsorship Opportunities at the Perth 2010 Conference.

There a range of sponsorship opportunities available for Rotarians at the Perth Conference.

Packages can be structured to ensure maximum value for your advertising dollar.

Conference Directory

We are able to offer half page or full page advertising in the Conference Directory. Every delegate has a directory, and it is common for delegates to retain their directory for quite some time after the conference.

Half page advertisements start at $300, and full page advertisements from $500, dependent on the location within the directory.

House of Friendship

The hub of this years conference is the House of Friendship. The opening function, as well as all morning & afternoon teas will be held in the House of Friendship. Booths in the House of Friendship include a stand and power, and the cost of the smallest booths commence from $280.

Morning Tea’s, Afternoon Tea’s, Lunch

Businesses are able to sponsor morning teas, afternoon teas or the Friday lunch.

We will structure a package to meet any requirement, which can include a speaking opportunity to promote your business on stage in the main theatre, prior to the tea or lunch. Price by negotiation.

Government House Dinner or Swan River Cruise

We are able to provide exclusive sponsorship of either of the Saturday evening functions.

These can be structured to meet the specific requirements of the sponsor. Price by negotiation.
